This website is managed by Pathforward, referred to a ‘the controller’, a company incorporated in the Netherlands. In this privacy statement we explain which data we collect and how we use and protect data with your privacy details. In this website we collect data on your contact details such as email address and name after you have provided them to us.

USAGE OF DATA

We use this data to send you results on the tools that you use and to send you additional information such as a newsletter if you indicate that you wish that.
We may also invite you for surveys aimed at knowledge development on business processes and functional areas.

Who we share your data with

PayPal

If you pay for your purchases with us with PayPal, your personal data will be transmitted to PayPal. If you have not yet opened a PayPal account, you will be asked to do so by PayPal in the course of the payment process. When you use or open a PayPal account, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address must be transmitted to PayPal. The legal basis for the transmission of data is article 6, section 1 a, GDPR and article 6, section 1 b, GDPR.

Google Tag Manager
